Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, Standard Shipping takes 5 to 12 business days to arrive. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Standard Shipping is free on every order; we do not offer expedited options at this time. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all original accessories included (box, manual, warranty card, and any other items that came with your purchase). Watches that show signs of wear or use cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hesperhouse.store with your order number and a brief reason. We respond within 24 hours during business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. Hesper House does not store your full payment card details.

How do I know which size or model to choose?

Each product page lists case diameter (in millimetres), case thickness, lug-to-lug measurement, and strap or bracelet width. If you are between sizes or comparing two pieces, write to us at contact@hesperhouse.store and we will help you decide before you order.

Are your watches authentic?

Every timepiece in our catalogue is sourced from European wholesalers or consigned by collectors and small workshops we work with. Where applicable, watches are accompanied by their original packaging, warranty card, and any documentation provided by the supplier. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorised reproductions. If you have specific questions about a piece, please contact us before ordering.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by model and supplier. Most watches include a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for normal use. Warranty details are listed on the product page when available. Damage caused by water exposure beyond the rated resistance, drops, impacts, modifications, or unauthorised service is not covered.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at contact@hesperhouse.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at contact@hesperhouse.store as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
