Shipping policy
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Below are our processing and delivery timelines, shipping options, and how to get help if something goes wrong with your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery windows from order date are:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping ($9.90): 3–9 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs (where applicable), or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard Shipping is free on all orders. Express Shipping is available at checkout for $9.90 flat rate.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days from shipment, contact us and we will investigate.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — if the order has not yet shipped we can usually update it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Look around the delivery location (porch, side door, mailroom).
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely.
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help open a claim with the carrier.
For damaged packages, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies (see our Refund Policy).
Holidays and peak periods
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) processing and carrier delivery times may be extended. We will post any expected delays at checkout.
